HESOLU~ION NO. 59-43
A RESOLUTION OF TH~ CIT~ COUNCIL OF TP~ CrTY OF
SANTA ANA ORDERING MODI~ICATIONS 0F THE WORK TO
BE DONE IN THOSE PHOC~INGS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MAIN STREET INSTITUTED PURSUANT TO R~i~OLD~ION
NO. 58-118
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, by Resolu-
tion No. 59-B4 adopted February 16, 1959, declared its intention to
order the modifications of the work as set forth and described in
Resolution of Intention No. 58-131; and
WHEEEAS, by said Resolution No. 59-34, a hearing thereon was
set for March 2, 1959; and
WHEREAS, said resolution duly was published and posted in the
manner required by law; and
WHEREAS, a hearing duly was held pursuant to said notice;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections
5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califor-
nia, said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction
to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 59-34,
and hereby orders and directs that said modifications and each of
them, as specified in said Resolution No. 59-B4, be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
