IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGER$.TROM, NELLIE R. SE~ERS~9~, HAROLD T.
SEG?~, VERONICA P. S~,ER~_S~.~T~?~M, HAROLD T.. SEGERSTROM, JR.,
JEANETTE E. SEGER~S~R. 0M~ HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE de C. SEGERSTROM,
and ANN SE~GERSTROM have presented to the City a deed dated February
18, 1959, granting an easement for st~-eet purposes for an unnamed
street East of Harbor Boulevard and South of Talbert Avenue, and
WHEREAS, HALLMARK BUILDERS, INC., a Corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated February 19th, 1959, granting an easement
for street purposes along the North side of Eighth Street and the
East side of King Street, together with a spandrel-shaped parcel
for the rounding of the corner; and
WHEREAS, in neither of said cases is the City paying any
cash consideration for such grants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Carl J. Thornton, the
City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of
Acceptauce on said Deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March,~19~9.
