HomeMy WebLinkAbout59-087Bo~k 16, Page 495 ~ ~ c: Planning & applicant RESOL~TIO~ NO. ~9-87 lO88 oN CONOIT O S GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION WHEREAS, EDWARD RETA, ~JR. and EULALIA RETA have applied for a variance by Application No. 1088, and, after hearing, the Planning Commission recommended the granting of a variance to permit the con- struction of a ~ngle f~ily dwelling on the rear of applicaat's lot; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said variance be granted to permit the construction of a single family dwelling with minimum size of 500 square feet, if only one bedroom, and a minimum size of 750 square feet, if two-bedroom dwelling be constructed upon the rear of the property known and numbered as 1211 West Third Street, Santa Ana, California, an R-2 District, 1. That not less than two for said dwelling. upon the following conditions: off-street parking stalls be provided 2.
