A REEOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF ST. ANDREW PLACE AND OTHER
(A.O.
WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of St. Andrew Place
and other streets, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-151,
was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on
April 9, 1959; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been iu
accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing on said assessment, which hearing
was held on May 4, 1959, all written objections, protests, and
appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, by motion duly adopted, reduced the
assessments on assessments numbered "lO" and "344" and directed the
Street Superintendent to modify the assessment roll in accordance
therewith;
NO~, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCILOr THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
~OLVEAS
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im-
provement of St. Andrew Place and other streets, under Resolution
of Intention No. 58-151, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and
approved.
SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every kind
or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom except those
objections or protests specifically allowed by motion of the City
Council to said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled
and denied.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith
attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assessment.
SECTION 4. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the

same shall be in full force and effect.
