~ESOLUTION NO. 59-118 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICA-
TION NO. 1110 WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDED

~PIEREAS, the Planning Commission after hearing recommended
that no Variance be granted on Application No. 1110; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after study, has determined that
a Variance should be granted as applied for.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance is hereby
granted on Application No. 1110 to permit the use of the existing
residence on property known and numbered as 712 North Bristol
Street, Santa Aha, California and described as Lot 24, and the
Southerly 24 feet of Lot 27 of Tract No. 662, for professional of-
flees of the PENN MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY only and for no
other business or use on the following conditions:
That the garage on the rear of the lot be removed and an area
blacktopped to provide a minimum of 7 standard parking stalls to
meet the requirements for such stalls as maintained in the office
of the Santa Aha Planning Department and that no sign be displayed
on said property except in a window of the residence facing Bristol
Street.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of May, 1959~./
