HomeMy WebLinkAbout59-119Book 20, Page 8 c: applicant & Planning RESOLUTION NO. 59-119 GRANTXNG VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1---~-~-WHERE THE PLANNING COM- MISSZON RECOMMENDED DENTAL WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after hearing has recommended that no Variance be granted on Application No. ll09 and the City Council has decided that the same should be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance is hereby granted on Application No. ll09 to permit JOHN E. BACKMAN and JEWEL~ BACKMAN to continue to use the garage of the residence on property known and numbered as 3~09 Linwo0~.~e, Santa Aha, California and described as Lot 9 of Tract No. 1630 as an office for the carrying on of the business of new home construction, said area being in an R-2 District, on the express condition that this Variance shall terminate and all use of said property for any bus- iness purpose shall cease nine months from the date of the adoption of this Resolution.
