PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREA~, JOHN T. ALLISON and LULA G. ALLISON have presented to
the City a deed dated May ll, 1959, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the North side of Brook Street, West of Baker; and
WHEREA~, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY has
presented to the City a deed dated April 28, 1959 conveying an easement
for street purposes over a 25-foot sp~udrel at the Southwest corner of
Edinger and R~itt Streets; and
W~HEAS, ARTHUR C. DAVIS and VIRGINIA H. DAVIS have presented to
the City a deed dated May 12, 1959, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the East side of McCla~ Street, South of Chestnut. Avenue; and
WHEREA~, MABEL E. MCFADDEN, ADA S. MCFADDEN, EDWIN T. MCFADDEN,
J. LAMONT MCFADDEN and FLORA A. MCFADDEN WORDEN have ~resented to the;
City a deed dated May 15, 1959, conveying an easement for street pur-
poses on the West side of Main Stre~et, No,th of Ninth Street; and
WHEREA~, L. DELFOHD F~I~.~MA~ and EVELYN M. FEDDERNAN have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated May l, 1959, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Myrtle, West of Bristol, and vehic-
ular access rights on the West side of Bristol Street; and
WHEREA~, ANTON H. SEG~OM and NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
SEGERSTROM and VERONICA P. SEGE~STROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR. and ~
JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, MMNRY T. SEGERSTROM and YVONNE de C. SEGERSTROM,
and ANN SEGERSTROM, have presented the City a deed dated May 6, 1959,
conveying an easement for street purposes for the wideniD~ of Talbert
Avenue, on three corners at its intersection with Harbor Boulevard;
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds
