REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING THE AUDITOR
OF ORANGE COUNTY TO CONTINUE TEE COLLECTION OF PAYMENTS ON
THE BONDS ISSUED BY THE SANTA ANA GARDENS SANITARY DISTRICT
WEEBEAS, heretofore the area known as "SANTA ANA GARDENS"
formed a Sanitary District and bonds were issued and sewerage fa-
oilitiea constructed; and
WHEREAS, the entire area of said Sanitary District was an-
nexed to the CITY OF SANTA ANA under annexation proceedings known
as "SULLIVAN AND EDINGER ANNEX" and since the 23rd day of April,
1959 have been a part of the CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, result-
ing in the dissolution of said Sanitary District; and
WHEBEAS, said bonds provide for payment at the office of
the Auditor of Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the CITY OF SANTA ANA
hereby requests that the COUNTY AUDITOR of ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
continue to make collections and receive payments in servicing the
bonded indebtedness of the SANTA ANA GARDENS SANITARY DISTRICT for
the convenience of the public and authorizes said COUNTY AUDITOR to
render said service to and for the CITY OF SANTA ANA as a contrac-
tual service until said bonded indebtedness has been paid in full.

Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was
