Mater Del High School
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB ~INGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section &72, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201 and 3213, the City
declares that portion of:
RESOLUTIO~ 58-280, adopted on the 3rd day of November, 1958 ordering the curb
painted red:
On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger Street and St.Andrew Pl., the
south 175 feet of the north 261 feet.
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provision of the California
Vehicle Code, Section ~72, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and
3215, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:

On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. and St. Andrew Pl., the
south 66 feet of the north l~O feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb GREEN and
install signs indicat~' that the mawimAm time limit for parking shall be twenty-
four (24) minutes, to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That uarsuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code Section &72, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201 and
3213, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:
BAKER S TRF~T
On the west side of Baker Street between Edinger St. And St. Andrew Pl., the
south 60 feet of the north 80 feet.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
