CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH,
BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code
Section 4T2 and Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3216, The City declares
Resolution 59-79, adopted on the Sixth day of April, 1959 ordering the installation
of NO. PARKING AT ANY TIME signs as followss
NO PERSON SHALL PAEK A VEHICLE AT ANY TIME ON THE NORTH SIDE OF TENTH STREET
BETWEEN THE CENTERLINE OF HAWLEY AkO ENGLISH.
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the signs to be removed,
PASSED Ab[~ ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
