PAYING NO CASH CONSIDE~ATION
WHEREAS, ROHERT D. ~.~9~ and HELEN M. GROWL and FRANCIS R.
HALL and RUTH B. HALL have presented to the City a deed dated
May 27, 1959, granting a street easement along the ~outh side of
Edinger Street, Nest of Center Street; and
~HEREAS, FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH has presented to the City a
deed dated May 25, 1959 granting title for Artesta Street between
Fifteenth and Sixteenth Streets; and
WHEREAS, MARGARET L. HALL has presented to the City a deed
dated May 6, 1959, granting street easement along the South side
of Edinger Street and West side of Standard Street; and
WHEREAS, C. B..KN~E~.~B~CKER, Jr. and FRANCES M. KNIGEER-
BOCKER have delivered to the City a deed dated May 18, 1959, and
RAWLINS INVESTMENT CORPORATION has delivered to the City a second
deed dated May 15, 1959, granting an easement for drainage purposes
at the Southerly extension of Poinsettia Street, South of the Free-
way; and
~REAS, GEORGE S. TAE~YASU has delivered to the City an
agree~e__n~.dated October 27, 1958 agreeing to accept all runoff !o
waters from 7~ acres of land at the Southeast Corner of Hazard
Avenue and Newhope Street; .,? ......
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and agreement without the payment of cash consideration
therefor, and CARL J. THORNTON, the City's designated Agent, is
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon said deeds
and agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of June~ 1959.
