FOR HARBOR BOULEVARD FROM THE SANTA ANA RIVER TO WTLSON
STREET, TO HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED
WHEREAS, plans have progressed for the improvement of Harbor
Boulevard between the City of Santa Ana and the County of Orange,
and the City has been in the process of acquiring easements sad
rights of way for the widening au d improving of Harbor Boulevard
within the City of Santa Aha;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
hereby certifies and declares that it has acquired the following:
A total of 60.00 feet of right-of-way within its corporate
limits on the East side of Harbor Blvd. from a point 360.47
feet South of the center line of Delhi Road to Huntzinger
Avenue, and a total of 60.00 feet of right-of-way on the
West side of Harbor Blvd. from Talbert Avenue North to a
point 3~0.00 feet North of the center line of said Talbert
Avenue, plus a 20' x 70' ~ectangle and 20' x 20' triangular
l~rcel on the Northwest, ~ortheast, mhd Southeast corners of
Talbert and Harbor, all a s shown on attached plot SW-162.
This Resolution is adopted for filing with the County of
Orange, California, Right of Way Department.

Aha at its regular meeting held on the
