LORETTA W. SHEALY, WITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION
WHE~EAS, JAMES A. and LORETTA W. SHEALY have presented to
the City a deed dated June 19, 1959 granting an easement for street
purposes over property located at the Northeast Corner of Washington
and Main Streets in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
That portion of Lot "L" of the "Dresser Tract", as shown
on a map thereof recorded in book 12, page 83, Miscellan-
eous Records of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at a point ~4.25 chains South 0° 12, East of the
corner of Sections 4 6, 12 and 7, in Township 5 South,
Ranges 9 and l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
running thence East 45.00 feet; thence North 2.52-112
chains; t~ence West 45.00 feet; thence South 2.52-1/2 chains
to the point of beginning,
and
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration for the put-
chase of said land;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon said deed.
