TION OF MISCELLANEOUS DUPLICATE RECORDS IN CUSTODY OF THE
PURCHASING AGENT
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Agent has requested authorization for
the destruction of certain miscellaneous duplicate records;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha hereby approves the destruction of certain miscel-
laneous duplicate records having to do with Purchase Department trans-
actions which took place more than five years prior to the date of the
adoption of this Resolution and which the Purchasing Agent states he
considers to be of no further use. This Resolution is adopted to
comply with the provisions of Section 34090 of the Government Code
of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of, July, 19 9. ~
