ESTABLISH FUTURE 'RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG HAZARD
AVENUE AND SUGAR AVENUE
City of Santa Ana declares its
lines under the designation of
follows:
WHEREAS, the Planning Corm~ission has recontmended that
setback lines to be known as"Future Right of Way Lines" as herein-
below described, be established.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
intention to establish such setback
"Future Right of Way Lines", as
(f) Hazard Avenue,on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard
and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center
line measured at right angles.
(g) Sugar Avenue, on both sides, between Harbor Boulevard
and Ward Street, 42 feet from the surveyed center
line measured at right angles.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That ?:30 P.M. on the l?th day of
August, 19~9, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and ~_ain
Streets, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the hou~
and place when all person~ having any objection to the establishment
of said proposed Future Right of Way Lines may appear and be heard.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is dir-
ected to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register,
snd the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of
this Resolution along said streets in front of each block, or part
of block, of any street where such lines are proposed to be estab-
lished. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least
ten days before the time of said hearing.
