'W~EREAS, ROBERT HUTCHISON camm to the City of Santa Aha on April 15, 1957 as the first fu~_l time Personnel Di-
rector of this City; and I
WHEREAS, he is now leaving the City of Santa Ana to take a position as Assistant City Manager of Ontario, California;
NOW, THh~EFORE, BE IT RESOL¥~: That the City Council expresses to said Robert Hutchison its thanks and appreciatioa
for the work he has done in helping to enlarge the functions of the of~ce, and in the establishment of some new personnel
procedures for the City of Smuta Aaa, and expresses the best wishes of the employees of the City of Santa Ama
to him in hi~ future work in Municipal Government.
