DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION:

BE IT RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 471.1 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3B01, traffic regula-
tions are hereby established as follows:
"Yield Right of Way" si~as designating Occidental Street to "Yield" to
Cypress Avenue. ~
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these si~s
to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code Section 472, and the santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201 and 3213,
traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:
North side of Occidental St. between Cypress Ave.and Orange Ave.- West 20 feet
South side of Occidental St. between Cypress Ave.and Orange Ave.- West 20 feet
North side of Occidental St. between Cypress Ave.and Wain St. - East 20 feet
South side of Occidental St. between Cypress Ave.and Main St. - East 20 feet
East side of Cypress Avenue between Occidental St. and Berkeley St.- South 20 feet
West side of Cypress Avenue between Occidental St. and Berkeley St.- South 20 feet
East side of Cypress Avenue between Occidental St. & St. Andrew Pl. - North 20 feet
West side of Cypress Avenue between Occidental St. & st.Andrew Pl. - North 20 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
