CONCEENING STOP INTERSECTION A~D MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~
BE IT RESOLVED~ THAT pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 472, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201, the City declares
that portion
RESOLUTION 54-79 adopted on the 7th day of June 1954 ordering to stop through
traffic on Santiago Way eastbound, at the west side of Santiago Street, which
is entering the on-ramp to the Santa Aha Freeway, heading south, is hereby repealed
and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the
signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED$ /hat pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 471.1 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations
are hereby established as follows:
"YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" signs designating Penn Way traffic entering Santa Aha Freeway
on-ramp to "YIELD" to Santiago Street, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to install these signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
