RESOLUTION NO. 59-249 DENYING VARI,~d'iCE ON APPLICATION NO.
1172 WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOM},~NDED THAT THE SAME
BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, after hearing the Planning Commission recommended
approval of Variance Application No. 1172, and the City Council
after consideration has concluded that the same should be denied;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Varisc~ce Applica-
tion as applied for by Application No. 1172 is hereby denied with-
out prejudice to the filing of a new epplication affecting the
same land at any future time. The property covered by this appli-
cation is located at the Northwest corner of G~and Avenue and
Stafford Streets, Santa Ana, California.
