RESOLUTION NO. 59-251 GR~TING VARIANCE 0N PORTION OF
APPLICATION NO. 1181 AND CONTINUING REMAIIIDER TO
OCTOBER 5, 1959
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after hearing recommended
approval of Variance Application No. ll81, and the City Council
desired further information on a portion of said Variance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said Variance Applica-
tion is hereby continued to October 5, 1959 but that applicant
is hereby permitted to proceed with the remodeling of duplex~loca-
ted on Lots l0 and ll of Block L of Tract No. 696, subject to all
conditions and as recommended by the Planning Commission, said
property located in and adjacent to 1911 South Evergreen, Santa
Ana, California.
