PA_WiNG NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, P~LPH C. and ELLEN M. ANDERSON ~ave presented to the
City a deed dated September 9, 1959, granting all vehicular access
rights to property on the South side of Seventeenth Street, West of
Grand, except as set out in deed; and
WHEREAS, FIDEL M. and JOSEPH!lfE REYES have presented to the
City a deed dated September ll, 1959, granting an easement ~or street/~
purposes over land facing English Street, near Eighth Street; and f--'~
?~HEREAS, MARTIN B. and ELAINE J. WEINBERG have presented to the
City a deed dated August 15, 1959, granting an easement for alley
purposes on two sides of their property, Lot l, Block B, of Hartley's
Addition to tl~e town of Santa Ana; and
WITEREAS, RAITT.PROPER~TIES has presented to the City a deed dated
September 17, 1959, granting storm drain easement over 10 feet of /~?~
laud on East Townsend Street, in Tract ~o. 3391; and
W~HEREAS, the City is paying no cash consideration to any of said
grantors;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon them.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the ~lst day of September, 1959.
