A BESOL~TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ORDERING CHANGES IN THE WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE IN
ASSESSmeNT DISTRICT N~O, 20~ AND CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF
CONTRIBUTION TO BE MADE BY THE CITY AS DESCRIBED AND SET
FORTH IN RESOLUTION NO. 59-45
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana, by Resolution
No. 59-45 adopted March 2, 1959, declared its intention to do certain
work as set forth and described in said resolution and to m~ke the
contribution set forth therein; and
W~.~AS, by said Resolution No. 59-238 adopted September 8, 1959,
said City Council declared its intention to order the modification of
the work and the amount of the Cityts contribution, all as set forth
and described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, by said Resolution No. 59-238, a hearing thereon was
set for October 5, 1959; and
WHEREAS, said hearing duly has been held after notice thereof
duly was published and posted in the manner required by law;
NOW, TI~W~9~FORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES
RESOLVE AS FOL~0WS:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections
5231-5235 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California,
said City Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order
the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 59-238, and hereby
orders and directs that said modifications and each of them as speci-
fied in said Resolution No. 59-238 be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
