RESOLUTION NO. 59-263 SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO.
59-251
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reconnnended approval of
Variance Application No. ll81, in part, and denial in part, and
the City Council adopted Resolution No. 59-251, granting a portion
of said Variance and continued consideration of the remainder to
October 5, 1959;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the recommendation of
the Planning Commission is overruled and the construction of a one-
story triplex is permitted, but the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, recommending denial of the garage apartment, is approved
and no garage apartment shall be pemitted. Ail construction shall
be in accordance with the plot plan submitted ~ the Planning Com-
mission.
This Variance applies to L~ts 10p 11 ~ d 12 of Block L of
Tract 696 on property adjacent to 1911J~outh Evergreen, Santa Ana,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of October, 1959.
