HomeMy WebLinkAbout59-266RESOLUTION NO. ~p-266 DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT-0F-~AY-~NES ON BOTH SIDES OF VERAN0 STREET BETWEEN PROPOSED GARDEN GROVE FREEWAY AND SLATER AVENUE 52 FEET FROM CENTER AND ON BOTH SIDES OF SEVENTEENTH STREET BETWEEN KING AND VERAN0 STREETS 52 FEET FROM CENTER LINE WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing held September 28, 1959, has recommended that future right-of-way lines be established as hereinbelow set out: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish setback lines under the designation of Future Right-of-Way Lines, as follows: (n) Verano Street On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway and Slater Avenue, measured 52 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. (o) Seventeenth Street - Westminster Avenue On both sides, between King and Verano Streets, meas- ured 52 feet from and at right angles to the survey center line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.N. on the 2nd day of November, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Nain Street, Santa Aha, California, is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment ofs~aid future right-of-way lines may appear and be heard. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is directed to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution al ong said streets in front of each block, or part thereof, where such lines are proposed to be established. Both pub- lication and posting shall be completed at least ten (10) days be- fore the time of said hearing.
