AGRE~ENT WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FloreNCE
FOR ESTIMATE OF POPULATION OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, ib is the desire of the City of Santa Aha that the population of
the City be determined by an estimate made by the Department of Finance of the
State of CalifoN~ia, as provided for in Streets and Highways Code, Section
194.2:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Vice-Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute that certain Agreement, a copy of which
is attached hereto and approved as to form, on behalf of the City of Santa Aha,
and the Clerk of the Council is directed to fo~ard three copies, after such
execution, attached to three certified copies of this Resolution to:
Financial and Population Research Section
Budget Division
Department of Finance
Room 5016, State Capitol
Sacramento 14~ California
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
adjourned regular meeting held on the 26th day of October, 1959.
