RESOLUTION NO. 59-2§1 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 1195 FILED BY ERNEST AND ELLEN ~BY MODIFY-
ING ONE OF THE RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS~ after public hearing on Variance Application No.
1195~ the Planning Commission recommended approval subject to con-
ditions and the City Council is in agreement with said recommenda~
tion~ except that it has determined upon the modification of one of
said conditions;
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the Variance as applied
for in Application No. ll9~ is hereby granted to permit the estab-
lishment and operation of a neighborhood shopping center at th~
southeast cOrner of Berrydale and Trask Avenue in an R-1 District~
on property described in and under all the conditions contained in
Planning Commission Resolution No. %157~ with the exception that the
condition in paragraph designated "(g)" is hereby modified to re-
quire parking on a two-and-one-half to one ratio.
The finding of justifications and the meeting of limitations
as set forth in said Resolution No. ~'!~7 is hereby approved.
