HomeMy WebLinkAbout59-293RESOLUTION NO. ~9-29~ DECLARING INTENTION TO ESTABLISH FUTURE RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES ALONG SANTA CLARA AVENUE ON BOTH SIDES WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, has recommended that future right-of-way lines be established as herein- below set out; NOW~ THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That the C~y Council of the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish setback lines under the designation of Future Right-of-Way Lines~ as follows: (a) Santa Clara Avenue On the north side between Broadway and Main Street~ 50 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey center line. On the south side between Broadway and Main Street~ 30 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey center line. On both sides~ between Grand Avenue and east City Limits~ 42 feet measured from and at right angles to the survey center line. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 21st day of December, 1959~ in the Council Chambers of City Hall~ Third and Main Street~ Santa Ana~ California is hereby established as the hour and place when all persons having any objection to the estab- lishment of said Future Right-of-Way lines may appear and be heard. That the Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this Resolution once in the Register. The Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of this Resolution along said streets in front of each block or part thereof ~here such lines are proposed to be established. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten days before the time of said hearing.
