RESOLUTION 59-297
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21458, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares that portion of:
RESOLUTION 53-84 adopted on the 1st day of June 1953 ordering the curb painted
YELLOW on the west side of Shelton Between Fifth and Sixth Streets is hereby
repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause
the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
day of November 1959.
