IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, EDWARD GONZALES and ~d~ALIA ~0NZALES, VI~ /O~0
GONZALES~ VINCENT G., GONZALES~ ~H. and SOCORB0 R. GONZALES have
presented to the City a deed gated November 2~ 19~9~ covering an
easement for street purposes on the East side of English Street~
north of Eighth; and
WHEREAS~ LILLIAN MAY--WARHURST and ELLSWORTH H. WARHURST,,~have / o~/
presented the City a deed dated Octobe? 22~ 19%9~covering an
easement for street purposes on the East side of Main Street~ north
of Twentieth; and
WHEREAS~ PAUL R. ELSTON and LYLA S. ELSTON have presented to
the City a deed dated October 28~_~.~ covering an easement for
street purposes on the North side of Smeltzer~ West of Palm; and
being
WHEREAS~ all oi' said deeds are without cash consideration
paid to said grantors by the Cmty~
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said deeds
place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of
