FUTUP~E RIGHT OF ~?AY LINES ALONG BROADWAY
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after public hearing has
recommended that future right of way lines be established, as here-
inbelow set out;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha declares its intention~to establish setback lines
under the designation of Future Right of ~J~ray lines, as follows:
( t ) BROADWAY
On the west side between First and Walnut Streets, 38
feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center-
line.
On the east side, between First and Walnut Streets, 4a
feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center-
line.
On both sides, between Walnut and ~ain Streets, 40 feet,
measured from and at right angles to the survey centerline.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.I~. on the 18~ day

Santa A~a, California, is hereby established as ghe hour and place
when all ~ersons having any objection to the establishment of future
right of way lines may appear and be heard.
The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this Resolution
once in the Register. The Department of Public Works is directed to
post copies of this Resolution along Broadway in front of each block
or part thereof where such lines are proposed to be established. Both
publication a~ad posting shall be completed at least ten days before
the time of hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 19~9.
