PAYING NO CASH CON'gIDERATION FOR SAID GRANTS
WHEREAS, The Texas Company has offered to
granting easement over the West 12 feet of Lots

tending Easterly 8~4 feet, for the widening of First Street on the
north side; and
WHEREAS, ~~ Industrial Park has delivered a deed grant-
lng easement for Broadway, Central a~d the Easterly half of Birch
Street; and
I~-IEREAS, .~Y~F~~t~rH. F~ ularo have granted
easements for street purposes for portions of First and Sullivan /~
Streets; and
~EREAS, ~!LE~ ~X~d~.~, ~.~.~., .~.a~_n.~ Anton~
Nellie, H~rol~, ~onica and Ann Se~erstrom~have presented a deed ]o
dated July, 19~7, granting easement for road amd utility purposes
over a portion of Lot 7 of the Uillia~s Tract, as per map in Book 30,
Page 14 of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California, and
PASSED AND ADOP~I~D by ~e City Council of the City of Santa
kna at its reg~lar meeting held .on
