OF EASEMENT TO SOUTHE~N CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY FOR
NAIltT~NANCE OF STRUCTURES FOR CONVEYING OF ELECTRIC ENERGY
BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha hereby authorizes
and directs its Mayor and Clerk of the Council to execute that certain
grant . of easement to the Southern California Edison Company over
land in the County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A strip of land 6 feet in width lying within Section Sixteen,
Township Five South, Rmge Ten West, S. B. B. & M.; the east-
erly line of said strip is described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 66 in Tract 3528,
as per map recorded in Book 121, pages 32, 33 and 34 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence North, O° 43'
25" West 60.00 feet to the southeasterly corner of Lot b7 in
sa~d Tract 3528.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1959.
