S.~NTA ANA TO THE 0-~NCEMENT OF PROCEEDINGS UNDER THE
ANNEXATION ACT OF 1913 OF TERRITORY KNOWN AS "B~RRYDALE
AND TRASK N. E. ANNEX"
WHEREAS, a request of residents and property owners in the
area North of Trask Avenue and East of Berrydate Street has been
received, requesting consent of the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha to commencement of proceedings, as required by Govern-
ment Code Section 35106; and
WHEREAS, a true copy of a description of the territory and
a map showing the boundaries thereof, and said petition has been
referred to the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Aha for
report or recommendation, and said Planning Commission has reported
to the City Council recommending that said annexation be consented
to, approved and carried forward by said Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha ~ereby consents to the commencement of pro-
ceedings for the ~nexation of inhabited territory to be known as
"Berrydale and Trask N. E. Annex" in accordance with said map and
description attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof.
