WESTERLY EXTENSION OF WILLITS-BISHOP STREET, SULLIVAN
TO PROPOSED FAIRVIEW
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission regularly held a public
hearing on notice on the adoption o f a precise plan showing street
alignment of Willits-Bishop Street, as herein referred to; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing,
on notice, on said proposal, and after said hearing finds that said
precise plans should be adopted to further the general welfare and
that the proposed alignment will result in the greatest public good
with the least private injury;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT TEE CITY COUNCIL of the
City of Santa Aha hereby determines and declares that the street
allgn~ent as shown in detail on precise plan nominated SH-110,
Exhibit #l, to show the alignment of Willits-Bishop Street between
Sullivan Street and proposed Fairview Street, is hereby adored and
established as the precise street alignment for Willits-Bishop
Street between said points.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, i 959-
