Markel~ and Elizabeth_ K.-M_a~k.e--1 have delivel~ed to ~e City a deed
dated December 16, 1959, conveyi~ an easement for street~u~oses
~Q~e ~rth side of Edi~.~.~.~e.~ 824 feet West of Sullivan
Street; and
~ER~S, Wil%i.~.. R. McCa~y ~d Glenda~ _~~F. McC~t have de- ~ u ~$
livered to the City a deed dated December 17, 1959, conve~ng ~
easement for street pu~oses on the No~h side of Edi~er Street
East of Sulliv~ Street; and
W~S, Gor~9~k~ and ~th M. Hicks have p~sented to ~
the City a deed dated September 21, 1959~ COnveying an easement for
al.!~y pUr~0ses_~rthea~ of_Ei~th and Patton Streets; a~
~S, Boyle ~g~eering has delivered to the City a deed / ~ 7/
dated November 27, 1959, conveying an easement for street pu~oses
on the South side of Chestnut, West of Lyon Street; ~d
~S, Veronica K. Mead, ~d ~e First Nation~ Bank of ~
0r~6e,~ T~stee ~der ~e Will of Frank F. Mead, have conveyed a
deed dated December 7, 1959, to the City covering ~ easement for
~et pu~_9~S~S on the ~ast si~e..gf Ma~, S~th of ~falo Street; ~d
~R~S, F. Jg~p~e~s~e~ and ~t.~?~m~?~e_~ ~ve pre-
sented to the City a deed dated December 15, 1959, conve~ng ~ ease-
ment for street purposes over a strip on the East side of McClay
Street, East of Wa~en; and
E~AS, Davis Construction Co., Inc. has p~sented to ~e
City a deed dated Novembe~ 30, 1959, conveyi~ an easement for d~in-
a~e ~pu~oses East of Kraft Steer and North of Maurie Avenue; and
W~S, all of said deeds ~e wi~out cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the Ci~;
NOW, T~F0~, E IT RESOLVED: ~at the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Tho~ton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Accept~ce on s~d deeds.
