DRAINAGE PURPOSES, WITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, Jph~. Monroe Ward, as Executor of the Estate of ~
Dow~ Ell, Wawd, has offered to the City a grant of easement for
drainage purposes dated December 16, 1959, giving the City an
easement over the west 20 feet of the south one-half of the north-
east quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 17, Township 5
South, Range l0 West, S. B. B. and M;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
grant without paying any cash consideration therefor, and Carl J.
Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his
Certificate of Acceptance upon said grant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1959.
