CITY IS PAYING NO CASH' CONSIDERATION
~fitEREAS, SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY has delivered to
the City a deed dated December l[.~th, 1959, conveying an easement
for s~reet purposes on the East side of Lyon Street, South of
McFadden~ and Wilshire Avenue from Ritchey Street to Lyon Street;
and
WHEREAS, ~SANTA FE LAND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY has delivered to
the City a deed dated December 14th, 1959, conveying an easement
for ..street purposes on the West side of Ritchey Street, South of
_McFa~d~.e~.&.a~ ~S~0~th side of McFadden Avenue from Ritchey Street
to Lyon Street; and
WHEREAS, DON~: and GLORIA J. WEBER have delivered to the
City a deed dated December 21st, 1959, conveying an easement for
street purpos~es over the East side of McClay Street, South of
Warren; and
WHEREAS, ~O~L,~._ ~a~d_GL0~R~ J. WEBER have delivered to the
City a deed dated December 21st, 1959, conveying an easement for
oses on t~e $~as~t~side.~C!.~ S~reet~ South of Warren
a_n~d ad~1oinin~ th~e~.~s~.~l~l~e~.a~.~,~n_.t._~?e~ti~_ne~ above on the North; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

at its regular meeting held on the
