ACCEPT GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, LOUIS J, C$I, LA, JR. and MARION N. CELLA, and
JOSEPH CANALE and NARY M. CANALE have presented to the City a
Grant Deed dated December 7th, 1959, in consideration of payment
of $4,500.00, conveying property in Santa Ana, on the South side
of First Street, the East side of Pacific .Avenue, and on Alley
for an easement for street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
Deed.
