OF RESOLUTION NO. 58-281 TO ADD FOUR
CLASS TITLP-q AND ASSIGN SCHEDULE IIUMBERS
AND TO CHANGE AN EXISTING CLASS TITLE
WHEREAS, on November 3, 1958, the City Council adopted Resolution No.
58-281 revising and re-establishing the Basic Compensation Plan for employees
of the City; and
WHEREAS, from time to time this Resolution has been amended and
classes have been added and deleted and the schedule numbers changed in accord-
ance with the needs of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to add four new class titles and assign
wage schedule nambers to them and to change a class title designation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution No.
58-281 as amended is hereby further amended by adding to said Section 3, in
proper alphabetized sequence, the follOWing four class titles with the wage
schedule number assigned to each set opposite said class title as next herein
set out:
CLASS TITLE SC~ULE NUMBER
Recreation Leader I 30
Purchasing Assistant 35
Safety Training Coordinator 39
Water Meter Repairman I 32
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the class title of Water Meter Repairman
be and the same is hereby amended to Water Meter Repairman II without change in
the existing wage schedule number.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That these amendments shall take effect on
February 1, 1964.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 20th day of January, 1964.
