BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Conunission the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
doe s hereby uphold the decision of the Planning Commission and
Appeal NO. 119 on Conditional Use Permit No. 160, filed by OSCAR
W. KLINGSHEIM, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1964.
