CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, F. GERALD ENGLISH and RUTH B. ENGLISH have delivered
to the City a deed dated December 17, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of King Street, South of
Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, THE ESTATE OF ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, Deceased, by its
co-executors, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA
P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM,
HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE DeC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN SEGERSTROM, has
presented to the City a deed dated January 30, 1964, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the East side of Fairview Street,
South of Warner Avenue; and
WHERY2%S, SANTA ANA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION, a
corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated January 31, 1964,
conveying an easement for street purposes at the Northeasterly corner
of Wellington Avenue and Lacy Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1964.
