APPLICATION NO. 1834 FILED BY DAVID E. KELLER
BE IT RESOLVED: That based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
upholds the decision of the Planning Commission and Appeal No. 112,
on Variance Application 1834, filed by DAVID E. KELLER, is hereby
DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1964.
