CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ROBERT D. KERMOTT and LOIS T. KERMOTT have delivered
to the City a deed dated February 10, 1964, conveying an easement
for street purposes at the Southwest corner of Edinger Avenue and
Parton Street in consideration of the payment of $65.00 through
Escrow No. 51244-K with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1964.
