"SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT" AGREEMENT WITH
METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA,
in constructing Service Connection SA-7 to the East Orange County
Feeder No. 2, necessarily used facilities across a City easement
for underground vault and piping to furnish water to the City of
Santa Aha and requests the execution of the agreement herein
referred to.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized to sign that certain Subordina-
tion Agreement subordinating Santa Ana's easement to the easement
acquired by the District from the Irvine Company in the areas therein
described for the service connection hereinabove referred to in
consideration of the construction operation of said service connection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1964.
