EASEMENTS WITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ROBERT CHUCKROW CONSTRUCTION CO., INC., a New York
corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated February 11,
1964, conveying an easement for street purposes On the East side
of Bristol Street and the South side of Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, STANDARD BRANDS PAINT CO., INC. OF CALIFORNIA
(formerly known as STANDARD BRANDS PAINT CO., INC.) has delivered
to the City a deed dated September 17, 1963, conveying vehicular
access rights on the West side of Main Street at Central Avenue; and
WHEREAS, STANDARD BRANDS PAINT CO., INC. OF CALIFORNIA
(formerly known as STANDARD BRANDS PAINT CO., INC.) has presented
to the City a deed dated September 16, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the West side of Main Street, South of
Warner Avenue; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT L. LOEWENSTEIN and DONNA LOEWENSTEIN have
delivered to the City a deed dated March 6, 1964, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the West side of Harbor Boulevard,
South of McFadden Avenue; and
WHEREAS, GREENWICH VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a
corporation, has delivered to the City a deed dated February 26,
1964, conveying an easement for street purposes on the East side of
Bristol Street, North of Memory Lane; and
WHEREAS, STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, successor in
interest to STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, WESTERN OPERATIONS,
INC., Lessee under Lease dated September 10, 1957, has delivered
to the city a quitclaim deed quitclaiming to the City all interest
it holds by virtue of said lease (recorded November 11,1957, in
Book 4090, Page 372, Orange County Official Records) to real
property on the North side of First Street, West of Grand Avenue; and
WHEREAS, PETROLEUM FACILITIES, INC., a Delaware corporation,
assignee of STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, WESTERN OPERATIONS,
INC., Lessee under Lease dated July 30, 1958, recorded November 28,
1958, Book 4497, Page 217, Official Records of Orange County, has
delivered to the City a quitclaim deed dated February 19, 1964,
quitclaiming to the City all interest it holds by virtue of said
lease to real property located on the Northeast corner of Flower
Street and Edinger Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of March, 1964.
