CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM T. WHITE, III, as to an undivided 1-½/950tbs,
has delivered to the City a deed dated March 17, 1964, conveying an
easement for street purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to
Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE and SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK,
as Trustees under Testamentary Trusts A, B, and C created by the Will
of MYFORD IRVINE, deceased, as to 68/950tbs, have delivered to the
City a deed dated March 3, 1964, conveying an easement for street
purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHERF~%S, THE JAM~S IRVINE FOUNDATION, a California corporation,'
as to an undivided 510/950tbs, has presented to the City a deed dated
March 3, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes for Talbert
Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE, as to 17/950ths interest, has
presented to the City a deed dated March 3, 1964, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower
Street; and
WHEREAS, ASSISTANCE LEAGUE OF SANTA ANA, a California corpora-
tion, as to an undivided 6½/950tbs, has delivered to the City a deed
dated January 9, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes for
Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, JOAN IRVINE SMITH, formerly ATHALIE I. BURT, as to
an undivided 100/950tbs, has delivered to the City a deed dated
December 30, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes for
Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, SECURITY FIRST NATIONAL BANK and GLORIA WOOD IRVINE,
as Trustees, under an agreement with MYFORD IRVINE, Trustor, dated
November 26, 1958, as to an undivided 10/950tbs, have delivered to the
city a deed dated January 7, 1964, conveying an easement for street
purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Plower Street; and
WHEREAS, CROCKER-ANGLO NATIONAL BANK and THELMA E. IRVINE,
as Trustees under an agreement with MYFORD IRVINE, Trustor, dated
December 30, 1948, as to an undivided 40/950ths, have delivered to
the City a deed dated January 24, 1964, conveying an easement for
street purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, GLORIA WOOD IRVINE, as Co-Trustee under an agreement
with WILLIAM T. WHITE, III, Trustor, dated August 31, 1962, as to an
undivided 32/950tbs, has delivered to the City a deed dated
December 28, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes for
Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, WILLIAM THORNTON WHITE, JR. and ELDEN C. FRIEL, as
Co-Trustees under an agreement with WILLIAM T. WHITE, III, Trustor,
dated August 31, 1962, as to an undivided 32/950tbs, have delivered
to the City a deed dated December 30, 1963, conveying an easement
for street purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street;
and
WHEREAS, KATE LILLARD WHEELER, as to an undivided 50/950ths,
has delivered to the City a deed dated December 30, 1963, conveying
an easement for street purposes for Talbert Avenue, Main Street to
Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, ATHALIE R. CLARKE, as Trustee under an agreement with
ATHALIE IRVI~E SWINDEN, Trustor, dated December 22, 1952, as to an
undivided 100/950tbs, has delivered to the City a deed dated
December 30, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes for
Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street; and
WHEREAS, MACCO REALTY COMPANY, a California corporation, as
to an undivided 15/950tbs, has delivered to the City a deed dated
December 31, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes for
Talbert Avenue, Main Street to Flower Street~ and
WHEREAS, HARRY L. BOUCHIER and SUSANNA H. BOUCHIER, husband
and wife, and GEORGE DUN~ON, INC., a California corporation, have
delivered to the City a deed dated February 10, 1964, conveying
easements for street and drainage purposes at the north side of
Warner Avenue, West of Main Street~ and
WHEREAS, AGAJANIAN INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, and
SANTA ANITA INVESTMENTS, INCORPOBATED, a corporation, have delivered
to the City a deed dated March 31, 1964, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the northeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and
McFadden Avenue~ and
WHEREAS, GEORGE K. THOMPSON has presented to the City a deed
dated March 25, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes at
the northeast corner of Willowick Golf Course~ and
WHEREAS, ERMA B. GUNTHER has delivered to the City a deed
dated March 25, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes at
the northeast corner of First and Harper Streets~ and
WHEREAS, CAL ENTERPRISES, a partnership cc~poeed of J. B.
GREENBERG and DAN GREENBERG, has delivered to the City a deed dated
March 9, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes on the west
side of Main Street at Central Avenue~ and
WHEREAS, JAY BROOKS and MYRTLE BROOKS have delivered to the
city a deed dated August 15, 1963, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the north side o~ McFadden Avenue, east of Sullivan
Street~ and
WHEP~EAS, DON L. W~BER and GLORIA J. WEBER have delivered to
the City a deed dated March 19, 1964, conveying an easement ~or
street purposes on the east side of Grand Avenue, south of Warren
Street~ and
WHEREAS, EMMET C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have delivered to
the City a deed dated March 17, 1964, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street and the north
side of Eighth Street~ and
WHEREAS, D. P. LEONARD, also known as DOXANDER P. LEONARD,
and EDNA M. LEONARD, husband and wife, and ORANGE INTERNATIONAL
VILLAGE, a California corporation, have delivered to the City a deed
dated March 3, 1964, conveying an easement for sewer purposes on the
east side of Bristol Street at West Orange Road~ and
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY (now
known as the SANTA ANA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT) has delivered to the
City a deed dated March 11, 1964, conveying an easement for street
purposes at Hemlock and Raitt Streets~ and
WHEREAS, all o~ said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1964.
