THE ZONING ADMINISTBATOR AND GRANTING A
VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1920, FILED BY
FAIRLANE HOMES, INC., SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE
CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, after hearing on notice, the Zoning Administrator
DENIED a variance on Variance Application No. 1920, filed by
FAIRLANE HOMES, INC., and Appeal Application No. 126 was duly filed
by the applicant presenting the matter to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice,
has determined that said Variance Application meets the requirements
of Section 9250.8 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, that the decision
of the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and that said
variance should be granted subject to applicable conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha does hereby overrule the decision of the
Zoning Administrator and does hereby grant a variance on Variance
Application No. 1920 to waive block wall requirement and to permit
the use of a carport as a temporary display office for Tract No.5238
at 631 South Fairview Street, Santa Ana, California. Said Variance
is granted subject to the following applicable conditions:
1. That a wall be constructed and located according to Exhibit "A";
That the temporary sales office be permitted until the last unit
is sold or for a period not to exceed one year, whichever
occurs first.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964.
