CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SIMON WARONKER and JEANNETTE WARONKER have delivered
to the City a deed dated April 3, 1964, conveying vehicular access
rights on the east side of Fairview Street, North of McFadden
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, RUBY M. FRANTZ has delivered to the City a deed
dated March 22, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the north side of McFadden Avenue, West of Shelton Street; and
WHEREAS, PEARL A. STUBBLEFIELDhas delivered to the City a
deed dated April 7, 1964, conveying an easexaent for alley purposes
south of First Street, 190 feet east of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, HOM QUONG KONG and HOWYOW KONG have delivered to
the City a deed dated April 7, 1964, conveying an easement for
alley purposes south of First Street, 440 feet east of Bristol
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accept said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964.
