CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND REQUESTING
SUPPORT FOR ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 17
WHEREAS, this Council believes that the furnishing of an
adequate supply of potable water for the citizens of Santa Ana
is perhaps its most important duty and that the supplying of
water for the citizens of the State of California is a matter of
greatest urgency to all the people of the State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ARA: That it approves the content of Assembly
Bill No. 17, introduced by Charley V. Porter, regarding the
California Water Fund and financing of water projects and urges
the support of said Bill by the senators and assemblymen of this
District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964.
