QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the Owners of certain property located
on the south side of Fifth Street, west of Pairview Street,
dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to
Fifth Street and the present owners have now requested access for
driveways at said location and the City has determined to grant
the same; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the east side of Standard Avenue, north of Edinger Avenue,
dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to
Standard Avenue and the present owners have now requested access
for driveways at said location and the City has determined to grant
the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE
UNDERLYING FEE AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD
vehicular access rights to Fifth Street, west of Fairview Street,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE
AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPF2tR OF RECORD vehicular access
rights to Standard Avenue, north of Edinger Avenue, and deliver the
same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 21st day of May,
1964.
